NORTH Laine Community Association's next community meeting is a very special meeting on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, at Komedia Studio Bar, Gardner Street, Pelham Street at 7pm where everyone is invited to join in the debate on the future of North Laine Community Association and our area (see illustration, below right).
NLCA's charity comedy night at Komedia Studio in Gardner Street on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, has a great line-up to celebrate our 50th anniversary year.
Tickets at £10 are now available online at www.komedia.co.uk. Doors open at 7.30pm for 8pm start.
COME along and meet North Laine neighbours at NLCA's annual tea party at the Pavilion Gardens Cafe on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 6 from 3pm to 4.30pm. The event is hosted by cafe owner David Sewell and NLCA members can enjoy a free cup of tea or coffee and a slice of cake.

IF you missed the display at the Jubilee Library in January and July, visitors will have another opportunity to see North Laine Community Association's 50th anniversary exhibition, this time at Brighton Met College off Trafalgar Street from Monday, September 14. It's free – don't miss it!
