Planning applications
How the NLCA decides
If an application is considered detrimental to the conservation area, contravenes Planning Policies, or distorts the mixed use nature of the area, we will object.
Where time allows, applications affecting the North Laine are discussed at the monthly residents' meeting. If you wish to have an input, please come along. Click here for details of the next meeting.
If you would like the support of the NLCA in dealing with a planning issue near you, or to discuss an application, please email our planning coordinator Peter Wingate-Saul.
