If an application is considered detrimental to the conservation area, contravenes Planning Policies, or distorts the mixed use nature of the area, we will object.

The approved scheme was granted (BH2019/03377) on the 11th of March 2020. Owned and designed by BHCC it consists of two 2-bed flats and two studio flats. CAG had recommended refusal due to its lack of imagination and no relationship to any of the architectural styles in the terrace.
