Residents' meetings

Third Tuesday of each month (except August) at 7.30pm

Everyone is welcome to our regular, monthly residents meetings. They're an excellent opportunity to meet your neighbours, voice concerns or bring matters relating to the area to our attention. Meetings are held in the cafe at the Brighthelm Centre on North Road. We often have a different monthly speaker. For details click here.

Come along...

The NLCA is a great way to meet and get to know your neighbours and wider community. You can also help us make a difference for all residents. We'd love to see you at an event, a meeting or to hear from you with ideas or comments.

Click on these items to find out how to become a Friend, volunteer as a street rep, come to an NLCA social event, come to our next community meeting, buy The North Laine Book, volunteer at the allotment, or become a Trustee.

NLCA has several Facebook groups, plus Twitter and Instagram. Click on the icons below - or read more  here.

Our Facebooks groups include the NLCA anti-tagging task force which actively tackles the widespread tagging in North Laine. Find out more about how we're cleaning up the area, and how you can join in, by clicking here

The volunteers who make up the group are equipped with
wipes, paintbrushes, rollers and paint. They work for short periods (up to an hour and a half), wear hi-visibility vests and use materials provided by the council, local traders and NLCA funds.
