Always wanted to take up running but don’t know where to start? Already an experienced runner but looking to improve?

Where and when

The NLCA is thinking of restarting a weekly running club. It will be held at Preston Park between 6pm and 7pm on Thursday evenings. The club will be free, although members may want to make a small contribution to the NLCA, but it needs at least six members to start.
