Roger Dowty – Council’s Design and Conservation Team

Environment

There were no contentious applications. We have received a letter regarding a property in Upper Gardner Street, which has been bought by someone who wants to turn it into a locally sourced community food shop with butchers, baked goods etc.

· Prince George has applied for a late night licence (Thurs-Sat to 1am) for recorded music

· Côte is likely to apply for extended hours and numbers outside and upstairs.

Community Composting

Paley O’Connor is pursuing with the Council ideas about establishing a community composting site and asked for interested residents to contact her before she meets with them.
