Never more popular than it is now

AGM report by Theatre Group Coordinator, 2010/11
By Peter Crowhurst
The NLCA Theatre Group continues to flourish and the number of residents who enjoy an evening out at the theatre as part of the group continues to increase.
A high standard
Over the last year we have seen a variety of productions at the Brighton Little Theatre in Clarence Gardens. Without exception they have been of a high standard and very good value for the £7.50 ticket price. Recently we have seen plays by Alan Bennett, Oscar Wilde and Jerry Sterner and look forward to seeing plays by J B Priestley, Shakespeare, Polly Stenham and David Eldridge over the coming months.
All residents welcome to join
The Little Theatre has never been more popular than it is now, so we are having to book our tickets three weeks in advance. Any resident is welcome to join the group. All you need to do is to let me know of your ticket requirements and I will reserve tickets for you, to be paid for on the night. Email: theatregroup@nlcaonline.org.uk
Next production
The next NLCA Theatre Group outing will be to see ‘That Face’ by Polly Stenham on Thursday 30th June 2011.
