Until 16th January 2011

The Royal Pavilion launched its first ever real outdoor ice rink on 12th November 2010. It is open to the public until 16th January 2011, 10am – 10.15pm.

The Royal Pavilion Ice Rink is the only rink in the country with its own pre-school crèche, pop up rink-side restaurant and bar, beginners’ area and ‘penguin’ skate aids especially for youngsters. With the former royal pleasure palace as a backdrop, the 700 square metre rink can accommodate up to 200 skaters per session. (Tickets are available from Ticketmaster and cost £9.50 - £11 for adults and £6.50 - £7.50 for children under 12.)

With its commitment to locally sourced ingredients, Due South is managing the fully licensed rink-side restaurant (open 8am – midnight).
