3. Adoption of Officers' reports:

a) Chair and Secretaries  - Peter Crowhurst, Lynne Arnold & Helen Cornish

b) Treasurer – Clifford Jaques

4. Adoption of Coordinators’ reports:

a) Planning and Environment; b) Licensing; c) Newsletter; d) Website; e) Theatre Group; f) Parents Network

5. Adoption of reports from NLCA Representatives on other Groups:

a) Brighton Society; b) Living Streets; c) City in Bloom; d) Commemorative Plaques; e) Community and Voluntary Sector Forum

6. Proposal re revisions to NLCA Constitution(current version can be viewed by clicking here):

a) In Clause 2(a) add Windsor Street and Jew Street to the definition of the area covered by NLCA.

b) In Clause 7(a) create new position of Vice-Chair.

c) Again in Clause 7(a) delete sentence which reads ‘The Officer [who has served in a post for 4 consecutive terms] shall not then be eligible for re-election to any office until a further 12 months have elapsed.’ (Words in square brackets not in the original but included here to explain what the previous sentence is about.)

7. Election of Officers for the coming year:

a) Chair (Peter Crowhurst not eligible for re-election, having served for 4 consecutive terms)

b) Vice-Chair (if new position created under agenda item 6)

c) Secretary(ies) (current Secretaries have indicated their wish to stand down)

d) Treasurer

8. Ratification of Co-ordinators, NLCA Representatives on other Groups and Street Representatives for the coming year

9. Any other business
