The main Visitor Information Centre inside the Royal Pavilion shop is now able to sell train tickets to anywhere in the country.

Direct computer links

Staff there have direct computer links to First Capital Connect, meaning that they can sell special offers and up-to-the-minute bargains, and people will be given the same credit card sized tickets that they get at railway stations.

Better customer service

This means that the main Tourism Office can offer much better customer service, arranging transport tickets wherever people want to go - by local bus, National Express coach, or train - and makes the main Information Centre a real one-stop shop.

Another information point

The new information point in the Toy & Model Museum in Trafalgar Street is also now operational and aims to tempt rail travellers towards the unique collection of independent traders in the North Laine area. The information point has leaflets and maps, plus staff available to offer basic advice.
