1. Attendance
The meeting was attended by 34 members.

3. Minutes of the 2006 AGM
Minutes were received and accepted. There were no matters arising.
4. Adoption of Officers' reports
a) Chair - Peter Crowhurst. Proposed by Jackie Fuller, seconded by Barry Leigh
b) Joint Secretaries - Sara Bragg and Mark Erickson. Proposed by Gabrielle Villermet, seconded by Sarah Dunsmure
c) Treasurer - Margaret Daly. Proposed by Sandy Crowhurst, seconded by Ruth Goodall
All reports were considered together and all were adopted.

All reports were considered together and all were adopted nem con. Adoption proposed by Kevin Daly, seconded by Bobbie Cheesman.
6. Adoption of reports from NLCA Representatives on other Groups

All reports were considered together and all were adopted nem con. Adoption proposed by Roy Skam, seconded by Paley O'Connor.
7. Election of Officers
a) Chair - Peter Crowhurst proposed by Barry Leigh, seconded by Sarah Dunsmure. Elected unanimously.
b) Secretary - Sara Bragg and Mark Erickson proposed by Bobbie Cheesman, seconded by Sarah Dunsmure. Elected unanimously.
c) Treasurer - Clifford Jaques proposed by Sandy Crowhurst, seconded by Jackie Fuller. Elected unanimously.
8. Ratification of Coordinators, NLCA Representatives on other groups and Street Representatives for the coming year
All names as in the March/April 2007 issue of the North Laine Runner. Proposed by Ruth Goodall, seconded by Kevin Daly. Ratified nem con.
9. Any other business
a) Police: Ann Watson, new PC for the area, introduced herself.
b) The meeting recorded a vote of thanks to Cllr Sue Paskins for her work as Councillor, and to Margaret Daly for her four years as Treasurer.
c) Sara Bragg proposed submitting the name of Jackie Fuller as 'Person of the Year' for the Sussex Heritage Trust Awards 2007, which the meeting warmly approved and endorsed.
10. Guest speaker
The meeting was then addressed by Jackie March-Hobbs on 'The West Pier Story', illustrated with slides.
