A high standard of production
By Peter Crowhurst, NLCA Theatre Group Coordinator

The NLCA Theatre Group continues to provide opportunities for local residents to enjoy local theatre. In the past year we have gone to most of the productions put on by the Little Theatre in Clarence Gardens, including 'The Alchemist', 'The Browning Version' and 'A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum'. The productions have without fail been of a very high standard.

Next productions

Forthcoming productions at the Little Theatre include 'The Haunting of Hill House', based on the novel by Shirley Jackson (14th May 2009) and 'Hay Fever' by Noel Coward (25th June 2009).

How to join in

Any resident is welcome to join us. There are usually about ten of us and to reserve your ticket you just need to contact me via:

theatregroup@nlcaonline.org.uk

I will book you a ticket, for which you pay £7.50 on the night of the performance. (An exception is the Festival production on 14th May 2009, which is £8.50 or £7.50 concessions.) It's an excellent way of getting to know fellow residents and enjoying a visit to the theatre. We meet at 7.30pm in the bar of the theatre. Why not give it a go?
