This is a photographic print of Frederick Cottages, Brighton. It is a view along the street, with an entrance to a warehouse visible at the far end.
Frederick Cottages was a cul-de-sac off Frederick Place. It was demolished in the late 1930s as part of a slum clearance programme. This photograph was commissioned by the Environmental Health department of Brighton Borough Council as part of a visual record of the areas to be cleared.
