Christmas window dressing advice, 2014

'Dressed for Success' is a Council-funded scheme, 2014 being its fourth year, which supports independent shops with expert one-to-one tuition on how to make the most of their window displays in the run up to Christmas and beyond.

Two North Laine entrants

There were 28 Brighton & Hove shops in the scheme in 2014 and at the end there was the usual competition enabling the public to vote for their favourite window display. Only two of these were in North Laine: ‘Unlimited’ (10 Church St) and ‘Whirligig’ (9 Gardner St). Unfortunately, neither of them was a winner in this round but there's always next time of course....
