Where to find planning applications?
To find out about the latest planning applications, follow the link below to the Council's website:

http://www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/index.cfm?request=b1154189

If within the time limit, applications affecting the North Laine are discussed at the NLCA monthly meeting, on the second Tuesday of each month, and a view is taken as to what our response should be. Click here for details of the next meeting.

When will the NLCA object to a planning application?

Should we feel that an application is detrimental to the conservation area, we will always object.  Should we feel that an application distorts the mixed use nature of the area, we will also object. To have an input into these decisions, please come along to the monthly meeting or add your comments below, making clear to which application you are referring.
